The app features yoga “exercises designed to alleviate and prevent pain and fatigue” caused by lack of physical activity, repetitive movements, and poor posture. “The exercises are aimed at beginners and require no flexibility, and they offer poses that practice healthy posture and breathing and relieve neck tension. “If you can sit up straight and if you can stand up, you can do this,” says Schatz.”

“The exercises can be done easily in an office setting, and even some can be done at your desk without anyone noticing.” The app comes with instructions, animated photos, an alert reminder, a tracking diary, and two audio relaxations.
